Design of the logo, brand identity, and exhibition setups for the first edition of the Festival of Management, hosted in the spaces of renowned Bocconi University in Milan.
The project defined a unified visual concept and a clear, engaging user experience, from the design of the installations to overall scenographic coordination.

The Festival was conceived with the aim of making management accessible to a broad and diverse audience, presenting its different fields and encouraging interaction and exchange among people. The logo graphically simplifies the concept “Management connects people”. through a fresh, young, and colorful aesthetic, and communicates it in an immediate and high impact way.

The high personality visual identity was applied across multiple media—urban billboards, online presence, animated videos, merchandising, and large-scale installations—ensuring coherence and strong recognizability.

The set design included a three-dimensional exhibition pavilion inspired by the Festival logo, which hosted the “stories of management” in an immersive experience; a stage for panels and debates featuring a perspective-based design that echoed the elements of the visual identity and accommodated 80 seats for the audience; large, colorful billboards, branding of areas, surfaces, and signage.

Most of the installations were made of recyclable cardboard, combining sustainability, design, and branding.
